Executive Director, Owner, Child & Family Therapist
Cara McCartney MSW, LICSW, CCTP
I am Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with over twenty years’ experience and a mother of three and have two grandchildren. My oldest was diagnosed with ADHD and my youngest with Autism and ADHD. My personal and professional experiences have driven my passion and empathy for the individuals and families I work with. I believe in a strengths based, compassionate approach and believe you are not defined by your illness. I have always had a passion and interest in working with children and families of all ages and supporting my clients toward healing. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, specializing in trauma focused therapy and am certified in TF-CBT, Triple P, PFR, and trained in DBT, play therapy and EMDR.

My mission is to create a safe, compassionate, and supportive environment where you can grow, discover yourself on a deeper level, and develop effective tools for coping and healing. As a therapist, I am deeply committed to walking alongside you on your journey toward personal growth and transformation. I believe that change happens best in the context of a trusting relationship, where you feel safe, validated, and truly heard.
I approach therapy from a trauma-informed lens, helping you build your story into one of strength and resilience. My goal is to assist you in navigating a wide range of life challenges, including depression, anxiety, family conflict, life transitions, grief, relationship issues, stress, and self-esteem. I work with individuals across the lifespan—children, teens, adults, and couples—offering support through the various stages of life.
In our work together, there is no judgment—only compassion, understanding, and validation. I am here to support you in finding your inner strength and resilience.

Amanda Rollins
Amanda Rollins is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with extensive experience working with children, adolescents, individuals, couples, and families. She specializes in treating anxiety, depression, domestic violence, emotional dysregulation, life transitions, and relationship challenges within families of origin. Amanda utilizes a range of treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed, evidence-based practices, and compassion-focused, person-centered approaches. Committed to cultural competence, Amanda ensures that her treatment is respectful and tailored to the unique backgrounds and needs of each client.

As a mother of two teenage girls and over nine years experience working in human services I have a better understanding firsthand of the unique challenges and complexities both emotionally and socially that many people face today. My professional and personal experiences have equipped me with a deeper awareness and knowledge that has helped me to create a compassionate relatable environment for my clients. Some of my main areas of focus in my practice have been in mental health, children and families, domestic violence, sexual assault, trauma, and grief and loss. I am passionate about making mental health services accessible to all and ensuring my clients receive the tools and resources they need to thrive. Whether through in-person sessions or telehealth platforms my approach focuses on fostering resilience, self-awareness, and teaching healthy coping strategies that will empower my clients to navigate their lives confidently with grace. My main goal is to create a safe and nurturing environment where individuals can explore their feelings as they embark on their journey to healing.
